Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Children of Artemis is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing the best facilities including this shop to the Witchcraft and Wiccan community . This organisation is run by Witches for Witches. We ship worldwide, with the cost of postage calculated when you checkout your purchases

We use second class post for smaller orders and first class for larger ordres in the UK, for other areas of the World we always use Airmail to ensure the quickest delivery of your goods.

Please allow 30 days for your goods to arrive, while we will always attempt to ship your order faster if we can. Frequently orders arrive within a few days in the UK. However as we are a voluntary organisation we cannot always respond so quickly. Should any of your items be out of stock, or circumstances outside our control cause a delay we will contact you and offer you the opportunity to wait , change the ordered item, or cancel the order

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days . International orders are generally received in under 28 days. However to allow for postal delays please allow 30 days for delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges No sales tax is applied to your order as we are not registered for VAT as our turnover is under the mandatory threshold, any changes to our tax status will be announced here within 24 hours.
